eat every three hours and loose weight |

Hello, all! I came across this five-day diet when I was in Italy. A friend of mine living there tried it and lost 6 pounds. I find it accessible and non-restraining, so here’s what you got to do:
Eat regularly every three hours, respect the following eating plan, drink a lot of water and do some exercise, too.
Breakfast, 8 a.m.: Eat healthy and all you want; it’ll decide the rest of your day. You may combine or choose from: 1 small bread with fruit jelly and a big cup of tea, 1 boiled egg with 1 slice of bread and 1 tomato, 1 small bread and 2 slices of Swiss cheese, 200ml of milk with cereals and fruit.
Snack, 11 a.m.: Just about when hunger tries to take over, have a snack and move on with your diet. You can go for 1 slice of bread and 2 carrots, or 2 spoons of cow cheese and 1 banana or 100 g of sweet melon or 150g yoghurt and 1 apple.
Lunch, 1 p.m.: At lunch it’s very important to have fresh ailments and enough food. Here’re some satiable options: 150g boiled turkey chest with cucumbers-tomatoes salad, 100g roasted beef and vegetables (carrots, potatoes, mushrooms), 150g boiled chicken chest with the juice of half a lemon and green salad with tomatoes.
Snack, 4 p.m.: This snack has a no more than 100kcal limit! That is 1 cappuccino, 1 small orange and 1 small banana, 2 slices of sweet or water melon, 1 coffee and 2 crackers, 1 cup of tea and 1 slice of bread with jelly fruit.
Dinner, 7 p.m.: The golden rule is that anything you eat should be calorie-low! Like this recipe, for instance: 30g of boiled pasta added to 75g of cooked chicken chest and tomato sauce; or 2 unpeeled boiled potatoes with 1 spoon of cow cheese and parsley.
Before sleep snack, 10 p.m.: No more than 1 small banana, 150g yoghurt with the juice from one lemon, 100g fat free cow cheese.
That’s it guys, I’m in my third day, and it’s going great! Good luck! |

| Thanks, Annisse! I’ve heard of it, too, but never had it so clear in front of my eyes! It really works! |

Sorry, girls! No coffee, no soft drinks and if possible, no tobacco, either! There has to be some sort of sacrifice in it, right? |
