Liproxinol |
|
|
Began taking Liproxinol on July 8. Came across this site by accident while looking up further information on the product and decided to keep a journal.
Lost 95# using Metabolife356 in 2000-2002. Had baby in 2003 at the same time 356 taken off market. To date have gained 63# back and desperate after trying every OTC product, Hoodia, Ephedrine stacks I could find. NOTHING WORKED . Found Liproxinol searching for something new to try as I know different products work different for everyone.
Been taking "L" for 3 days and finally, finally, finally, not hungry and no gitters. I hope this is it for me. I want to feel and look good again . |

Hi Tink,
Welcome to the Weight Loss Forums,
I've tried to search after Liproxinol but I did not found it. Are you sure you've wrote it right?
There are quite a few diet pills out there that starts with Lip...
Good luck and keep us posted. |

Hi Light,
Thanks for your reply. You're right, the correct name is Lipoxinol. The site I got Lipoxinol, also has the Lipovarin plan. In looking for something new to try, I found a report on the Consumer Health Digest site that rated many diet pills. Lipoxinol had the highest rated appetite suppression, which is my biggest problem. With everything I've tried over the past 3 years, I was still always hungry. Some things I tried suppressed for a day or 2, but then stopped. Anyway, day 4 on Lipoxinol and it's still working ! I'll keep you posted. |

Ok, now I know what are you talking about
I'm glad it works for you. Add some exercising, ear right and hydrate your body and you should see the results in no time.
How many meals do you have per day? |

Thanks for the encouragement and advice. I am drinking lots of water and working to increase to about a gallon a day. I am eating 5 small low-carb, high-fiber a day. Exercising is on hold right now. With a set of 12 year old triplets home from school for the summer and a 2 1/2 year old too, getting time for regular exercise is difficult.
When I lost the 95# on Metabolife, I started at 235# and got down to 143# at my lowest, but leveled off at 147#. I didn't start exercising until I was about 180#. Did Leslie Sansone's "Walk Off the Pound" videos 3-5 times a week and really toned up.
I have had a weight problem since I was 10 years old and felt so good emotionally and physically when I was "lighter" , just want to be there again eventually.
Hey, Light - I've noticed you started at 220, have you lost anything? |

Tink,
I did lost something but change it into muscles so my weight is almost the same.
I stay at 220 (plus or minus 10) almost the whole year but try to keep the fat tissue at the lowest level.
I like your program, it should give you the results you want. You did it before and I am sure that you can and know how to do it again.
Good luck. |

| 5 pounds in 5 days. Although I'm sure that's all water weight, at least I'm going down, not up. |

Thanks for the encouragement NoWheels.
I wasn't very consistant with taking the pills over the last week. Even so, I lost a pound. We're going out of town tomorrow to Wednesday and I'm not sure how I'll do with constancy away from home. That's ok. The pills definitely curb my appotite, so I'll get back to them when we get home. |

We got home from Milwaukee Wednesday. I weighed on Thursday morning and back up to 208. While away, I only took the pills 3 mornings and did not watch what I ate at all. I knew I'd gain while away - for some reason, being on vacation means being on vacation from dieting too - however, I'm disappointed in myself that I gained 4 pounds back.
Anyway, got back on the program yesterday and doing well. I'll weigh again next week and we'll see how I'm doing |

I wouldn't worry about that 4# too much, just like loosing 4# in a week most of it is probably water weight (trust me I just gained and lost 8# in less than 3 weeks)

LOL it's not on hold I'm sure it's in high gear
They have shown just being active is better for weight loss (not necessarily sculpting) than forcing yourself to exercise 3h a week. |

Hi LuckySmile, I'm sorry I didn't reply sooner. I just didn't have the time to sit for awhile. Anyway, thank you for the encouragement. I have lost 2.5 of the 4 I gained, but I think the effects of the "L" is wearing off because now at about 3pm, I'm hungry and that continues the rest of the night. I'm debating about taking a dose at dinner.
I'll keep you posted. |

I've given up on Lipoxinol. It gradually lost it's effect.
\ /However, someone made a post about Herbalean. I researched it and it's by the same company that made Metabelife 356. They are claiming Herbalean is 356 reborn and has Ma Huang, Hoodia and is now an extended release formula. I've ordered it and can't wait for it to come. I've wished for 3 years that my 356 would come back. I'm banking in Herbalean being that and more. |
