I saw on TV an intresting material on green tea diet. Is a green tea diet efficient? What are the green tea benefits? It sound slike a natural way to loose weight.

Here's some info.....
Antioxidant in Green Tea Benefits Weight-Loss - EGCG (epigallacatechin gallate), a key element in polyphenol antioxidant contained in green tea, benefits weight loss by helping the body burn fat. A study in Switzerland found drinking the equivalent of 2-3 cups of green tea daily caused the participants to burn 80 extra calories each day, without increasing their heart rates and factoring out the tea's caffeine content.

There are also many other health benefits associated with green tea, so it's safe to say it would certainly be a healthy way to loss the pounds!

There's an article in this month's First for WOmen magazine that talks about the benefits of Green Tea (EGCG) and a couple of other supplements for weight loss...
