Hello! I’ve been reading your posts and I think it’s great that you’re sharing your weight loss experiences. I have a strawberry, kiwi, apricots etc. three day diet receipt, hope it helps, ‘cause you’ll definitely enjoy it! Here goes:
Day 1 Breakfast:
Mix 100g fresh and clean strawberries with unpeeled sliced kiwi and 30g cereals. Add on top of that 100g fat free milk. You can drink another 150 g fat free milk with the fruit shake.
Lunch:
Mix one egg and 50 ml of milk (1,5% fat) with 20g of flour. Leave it for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, slice 150g strawberries and one kiwi fruit. Cut the dough in half and use it for pancakes with little oil. Eat it up along with the sliced fruit and 20g of yoghurt.
Dinner:
Boil one cauliflower and put it on a plate. Slice three small tomatoes and mix them with the cauliflower. Slice one green pepper; add it to the other ingredients and poor one teaspoon of olive oil. For desert, you may have 100g strawberries spread with one lemon’s juice.
Day 2 Breakfast:
100g strawberries and one medium-size kiwi fruit are mixed together with 100g fat free yoghurt in a boll. Slice one orange and it’s ready!
Lunch:
Slice one anion and cook it in little oil. Add one teaspoon of water and one of wine and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Add 50 g strawberries and let it cook 5 minutes longer. Spread some salt and half teaspoon of sugar and let it get colder. Separately, cook 150g of turkey chest in little olive oil. Serve the turkey with the anion and strawberry dressing.
Dinner:
Boil 150 ml of fat free milk, then add half teaspoon of vanilla sugar, 30g of semolina and only a bit of salt. Mix them permanently so that the semolina doesn’t get stuck on the boll. Let it get colder and then add one yolk. Slice 100g strawberries and mix half of them with one teaspoon of fat free yoghurt and a bit of sugar. Pour the yoghurt mixture on top of the semolina-milk mixture and add the sliced strawberries.
Day 3 Breakfast:
Mix one teaspoon of yoghurt with 75 g of cow cheese. Slice 100g strawberries and toast two slices of integral bread. Serve them with 2 cups of fruit tea.
Lunch:
75 g canned apricots are mixed with 100 g of strawberries, after being sliced. One lemon’s juice is poured and the mixture is left to get colder for half an hour. Separately, you boil 150 ml of fat free milk and 50g of rice. The rice and milk mixture is garnished with the fruit salad.
Dinner:
Boil 30g of rice in salt water and let it get colder. Slice 50g strawberries and add them to the rice, along with one unpeeled cubic cut apple and one lemon’s juice. You can add one teaspoon of vanilla sugar for taste.
That’s my favorite diet. I lost 4 pounds in 3 days and loosing….Whenever I feel like hungry between meals I eat some more strawberry, sometimes with 75g of cow cheese (if really hungry!). Hope it works for you, too! Stay close! |
