My favorite trick to lose weight is based on balls. I know it sounds funny, but it really works. I take two jars and balls equal to the lbs I want to lose. When I begin to diet, all balls are in the first jar and, depending on how many lbs I get rid off, I transfer the balls in the second jar. Thus, I feel like my efforts are visible and I get the purpose of what I'm stressing myself for. You can really see progress, as well as limits this way.

At first when I read your post, I didn't exactly get what you meant, but a couple of hours later I was counting small and colorful balls symbolizing my extra pounds. And it's a great exercise and motivation, really! Your idea was great, Alex, thanks a lot!

You guys need to get Herbalife. Seriously. 2 shakes a day, replacing 2 meals. Eat pizza or whatever the hell you want for dinner, and you lose a pound a day, and feel awesome. You get full from the shakes because they are huge, and they have all your vitamins and minerals for the day, so you aren't lacking nutrition.

My most basic tips are get your heart rate up anyway you want for at least 20 minutes a day, and believe it or not the best way to eat is to eat many (6-Cool small meals a day rather than a few large ones or even a few smaller ones, eating more often will help your metabolism and lose weight, of course you have to eat foods that are healthy, fruits. veggies even nuts.

According to Prevention Magazine, drinking ice cold water actually burns calories because your body has to work to heat it up. Probably not many calories...but every little bit helps. Smile

My tips for losing weight

Eat more slowly and stop eating when you feel full.
Put less on your plate! sounds obvious but research has shown that you're less likely to go back for more. If you start with a larger portion, you'll eat more of it.
If you feel hungry try having a drink first - you may be dehydrated (it's true!)
Add in some exercise - 20 mins a day is recommended but this can be in 2 x 10 min bursts if it's easier

I don't know much about Tips and Tricks for losing weight,but you can get some imsickofbeingfat.com/forum/f35/...There's a lot of exercises and healthy recipes etc there,so if ever you need some,don' t hesitate..
