I am wondering if anyone had any suggestions on which diet pill for me to use. I am 30 years old 5' 7" and gained about 30 pounds in just a 5 months from steroids that my doctor had me on. Since being off of them, I have not been able to lose this weight at all and have had more then enough time to get rid of it. My doctor even checked my thyroid because he agreed that I should have lost some if not all of it by now. I do NOT need anything with a high dosage appetite suppressor in at, as I do not eat much at all, which Im trying to work on eating 3 meals a day. For many years I usually eat one meal a day. Recently I tried to make myself eat 3 meals a day and its been hard, especially breakfast as I have NO appetite at all in the mornings! I have been walking 2 miles in 24 minutes several times a week to exercise. And trying to do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day as instructed by my doctor. I would prefer to find a pill with a low dosage appetite suppressor and very litte caffeine. Any suggestions?

Hello Paris and welcome to the Weight Loss Forums.

Eating only one meal a day its a very bad thing that might lead to part of your weight gain. Your body gets into starvation mode, keeps the metabolism low and deposit a big part of the food in "energy deposits" - fat.

Its best to eat small portions divided in 5-6 meal per day. If you do not have an appetite in the morning just eat some fresh fruits. I sometimes feel sick in the morning and a fresh squeezed apple, carrots and orange juice puts me in the right mood. Make your first meal with fruits. They will give you energy due to all fructose they have.
After one hour when you feel better you can eat a normal breakfast with eggs, cereals, milk, low fat meat...

Its hard to recomend a diet pill, look around and see if you can find what is right for you around here.
