/Las Vegas Slim Down 9/1
I will be going to Las Vegas with a big group on September 1st and would like to lose 15 lbs by then. (Think that's possible?) I can no longer blame being over weight on being a new mom, since my daughter is now 3 hehe. I am currently 5' 10" and 172 lbs and would like to get down to at least 157-160 by September 1st, which is 7 weeks away. So I need to lose about 3 lbs a week.
Here is my plan:
Take Lipovarin (Old Formula, till I run out) then purchase new formula and One-a-day Weight Smart Multi-Vitamin daily. (Any other recommendations?)
Exercise daily: (Please advise)
Monday: Gazelle Machine (1 hour)
Tuesday: Treadmill (1 hour) / Weight training (1 hour)
Wednesday: Core Training work out video w/ Ball
Thursday: Spinning (1 hour)
Friday: Gazelle Machine (1 hour)
Saturday & Sunday (30 minute weight training if possible)
Food:
I am Asian and am used to consuming ALOT of white rice which I have completely cut out of my diet to lose weight. Other than that I basically am trying to get a lot of lean protein, less fat and limited carbs (Whole wheat or healthy carbs only). I never had a problem with soft drinks or juices because I only drink water and consume about 8-10 glasses per day. Hopefully this works.
