made companies like Metabadrine change their label to this rediculuos one-a-day thing.

The old Xenadrine RFA-1 said you could take up to 6 a day. I find this works for men. Women usually need just 4 or 5 a day. 2 in the am, 2 at lunch and 1 at about 4pm. Any later and you'll be up all night.

I bought FibraSlim and Hoodia with my order of Metabadrine with ephedra. Makes a great cocktail. The Glucomannan swells up in my stomach so I can't eat much. The hoodia suppresses my appetite. The Metabadrine gives lots of energy, burns fat.

I'm 50+ and I need all the help I can get!

Do you have any evidence that this is safe??? This is why many things have been banned is because people take it in excess than they blame the product. Just because your body has handled it so far doesn't mean that you are not doing some hidden damage, or that this combo is safe for everyone.

Health should come first. Mixing them may cause severe side effects.

i have to say that i agree with bob. i took metabadrine the same way. i took it the way the old directions for xenadrine said. i think its a individual choice, but i have to say in no way was this product as strong as xenadrine so either way i dont think it worked to well, atleast for me it didnt.

The single pill per day dosing was based on the FDA's guidelines of 10mg per day.

If you go by original Xenadrine, it would be 2 caps twice daily.

BTW, there's nothing wrong with mixing it with Glucomannan/Fibraslim. Nothing in either is stimulant based.
