Does anybody here take Ephedrine and Caffeine combo? I am thinking of starting the mixture but I am not sure what dosage I should take. Since all other types of diet pills with ephedra are banned in Canada, this seems to be a good option. Before it was banned I had very good results with it.

I had great results before the ban as well. I tried the E/C/A stack that you are talking about. You can search the web, as this is a popular body-building supliment. You will find different recommendations, but the stack is Ephedrine/Caffeine/Asprin. They recommend a minimal amount of asprin, only maybe 1-81mg per serving. 81mg is the lowest dosage you can get at any store. The ephedrine found in most products prior the ban was 25 mg. Then, to get the caffeine, you can take any OTC diet pill with caffeine or a green tea pill or a product like NO-Doz. Basically, you'll have to experiment to see what will work for you.

As I said, I tried this but the chemical ephedrine did not have the same effect for me as the natual ephedra found in the old products.

Hey! Im currently taking an ECA stack and have lost 4 pounds in the last four days (since i started on Friday Aug 4) Three times a day I take the following stack: one lipodrene (with 25 mg of ephedra), half of a 200mg no-doz (bc the lipodrene already has 100 mg caffeine) and half of a 500mg aspirin... so my total daily dose is 75 mg ephedra, 600 mg caffeine and 750mg aspirin... its working for me so far!!!!! I love it
