Hey everyone
So i have been taking lipodrene for 8days and have only lost 4 lbs. Im really confused because although i haven't been working out yet i have been eating less then 500 calories a day. I really feel like im eating nothing and thought i would loss the weight faster (like 10lbs in one week).

I have heard people talk about your body going into starvation mode in other posts and im wondering what this is? ANd if thats whats happening to me.

Would i loss weight faster if I ate more???

any advice would be great!

Thanks

Eating more, in lower portions, makes your body to speed up the metabolism. A good metabolism speeds up the calorie burning process.

mmore03,

Please listen to what Light is saying here regarding the metabolism/calorie burning connection. Eating several small but healthy meals per day is a widely recommended plan.

I think you may be inadvertently sabotaging yourself with a severely restrictive diet. Not only will your body convert to "starvation mode" and stubbornly hold onto your existing body fat, but you could possibly be putting your everyday health at risk as well. I know you're not feeling hungry enough to eat much, but I would advise you to consult a trained professional (doctor or nutritionist) about incorporating a more well balanced meal outline- especially if you are intent on consuming less than 1,000 calories per day for any extended period of time. I would be very careful about that! Btw, losing 4 pounds in 8 days is no small accomplishment either. Wishing you all the best!
