2nd day on lipovarin.

Well, its day 2 and so far so good, I took 2 pills yesterday morning and 2 again around 2pm. I have not had an side effects that some people have had, but then again I don't drink anything with caffine so no jitters or upset stomach.
Actually I feel pretty energetic this morning after taking my morning pills, and still no jitters or upset stomach. I was 167-168lbs yesterday and this morning I am 165lbs....holy c*%p Very Happy

this actually works I think. I will see again tonight if I have stayed at the same weight.
Two weeks of working out hard and watching what I ate and I only lost 2 pounds,but only one day of working out and watching what I ate and I lost 2-3lbs ....hmm will see I guess. i'll give it a couple of weeks to see for sure if it really works.
I have classes today and then going to the gym for an hour so let you guys know my progress.

I am on Day 16 and it seems to be working very now. I am down almost 6 lbs!! This system has done alot to help me eat less and my energy has been better. I have another 5 days left so stay tuned..........
