Oh how I feel for you & all the other out there that have had to deal with ccbasket and Epharmonline. You have no idea what I just went through with them. Supposedly Epharmonline took over all the accts that belonged to NDA pharmacy & Safetrustprocessing.com! I know this because I have ordered from them twice before and when I called to reorder using the same phone #'s on my invoice, they answered Epharmonline. Well, I guess I lucked out because after FINALLY 2 wks of mental exhaustion and calling them several times a day, I got my pills. However, just for kicks the other day, approx 2 days after I rec'd my order I pulled up the Epharmonline website & guess what?????? It is no longer there! Look, if any of read this & want to know what I went through & what steps I took to get my pills, just respond to this email. I have dates and notes as to the hell I had to go through. Oh & by the way.....incase no one knows about it and would like to check out all the pharmacies that have taken money from credit cards and never refunded it or sent the pills, check out ripoffreport.com nd you will see just how bad this thing has gotten. So what is up with them? They called me about 12 times asking me to order, telling me there is going to be a shortage because of the FDA.
The also said they had a promotion buy 1 kind of pill and get 30 dollars off on the second. They offered them much cheaper than I ever paid at other sites. I have never been ripped off from the sites I have used. I deal with about 4-5 different ones. I went to there site, it was there, I went back a couple days later and it was gone! I gae them a call and they said they are updating there site and it would be back on monday the 11th this month. They also said they are the largest company.
I don't know if I can trust them now. Write back to me.

Hello guys??? I think the proof is in the pudding. Read through this forum and you'll find lots of good information on pharmacies that most of us have had NO problems with.

First red flag to me is CHEAP prices....

Dena -- I just read your 8-12 post on this subject. I have ordered this medication from other sites periodically for the last year or so and have never had a problem. I have gotten a ton of calls asking me to order over the phone and I have never done it. I finally placed an order over the phone with this epharmonline place and have never received my medication -- but they have debited my credit already. Is this place no longer in business? I have called every day and today I threatened to report them to the attorney general's office in our state. The man on the phone assured me that my medication would be shipped and I would receive it. Are you just out of luck if they take your money and never ship anything to you? I am so angry right now at myself for doing this over the phone -- Carla

I ordered phentermine online and by phone from a particular company. The meds made me have migraines and panic attacks so I stopped taking them. This was the beginning of my nightmare!

The original pharm I ordered from sold all of my info to about 12 different pharms and I received calls on my cell phone all day everyday.

I had the same cell number for about 10 yrs. After threatening the companies, writing down names, telling them I want off of their call lists, reciting the somthing act of 1992 about these calls, I had to finally change my number. I probably could sue for harassment, I do have taped conversations and names, numbers, pharmacy addresses, however I just wanted it OVER! Evil or Very Mad

I did more research and found out that these pharms are actually illegal to order from and most change names to keep authorities off of their tales. They also keep their "home office" in another country in order to be protected from the US laws protecting citizens. I say beware of these people.

I also saw dateline that had reports of these online pharms putting everything but the desired medication in many of these prescriptions. (including drywall and road paint)ugh!

Good luck. I hope I have helped at least one person to decide to go to a MD to receive meds.

i have also just ordered from epharm before I found this site. I called back about my order and have gotten different excuses as to why my order isn't here yet. They first told me that my package never went out because the Fedex man didn't pick them up, so a new tracking number would be given to me. Why did I have a tracking number in the first place if that were really the case? Then I called back within like 30 minutes and the next person told me that it had been sent out and a new tracking number would be available Monday morning. i told her I was marking the package return to sender and would be sending it back because of everything I have experienced and she acted like it was no big deal at all. i will also be calling my credit card company first thing Monday morning and be cancelling any payment due to them. Hopefully this will work and they don't get any money from me!! Any advice from anyone that has had any luck getting money back from these people would be greatly appreciated!!

I JUST GOT A CHARGE ON MY DEBIT ACCOUNT THAT SAYS BAY PARK OVERSEAS GROUP I DID PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE AND FOR SOME REASON MY DEBIT CARD WOULD NOT WORK. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY SAID THAT SHE WAS NOT IN THE UNITED STATES AND MAYBE I HAD AN INTERNATIONAL BLOCK ON MY ACCOUNT. RED FLAG RIGHT THERE THEY WERENT INTHE UNITED STATES!!!! I NEVER CALLED BACK OR AUTHORIZED THIS CHARGE. I CANT THINK OF ANYTHING ELSE IT COULD BE. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO FROM THIS POINT?

A friend of mine directed me to this forum after I called the # on my bottle of phentermine to reorder. I reordered from epharmonline via phone almost 2 weeks ago. I have called daily for this tracking # and they keep telling me to call back in a few days. I called today and made a big deal and threated them with a lawyer. This is crazyness! They call my house and ask me to refill and offer me Xanax and Lortab! I guess after the anxiety they've put me through I'll need the Xanax. Something should be done about this. It used to be easier. I don't want to be solicited at home for meds that I don't need. I paid for a product and a service and I expect that it is carried out as promised. I can't believe I am paying for shipping! Try usmedsatcost.com , a friend of mine got her phentermine through them without a problem. They contact your PCP MD. Letting these pill companies debit your card is very risky. I have been ordering from these companies for years. The epharmacy.com was good a along time but then they were shut down. They owed me for a order that they never shiped. I called my bank and told the fraud department what happened. The bank gave me my money back and went after the pharmacy. The one that bills ccbasket and safetrust is not honest. Just turn these people into your bank and the internet fraud task force.

Beacuse the company bought the toll free number means they bought the company too. Big difference. So if Joe has a phone for 10 years and move out of State and you change your number and now get his phone means your Joe because you answer his phone, use your head.

Now that phone # and the website do not work. Who can I report them to and how do I get my $152.00 back?
