Stimerex side effects...

Greetings!

I'm new here, obviously, and also new to ephedra products. I began taking Stimerex three days ago and have since lost four pounds, but I have absolutely no effects whatsoever. I was told to expect some feelings of jitters and extra energy, but I took my last 25 mg dose at 8 p.m. last night and didn't even have any trouble going to sleep at 10:30 p.m. I also haven't noticed an abundance of extra energy, although my appetitie has been next to nothing. Am I taking the stuff properly? Is it working even without the energy boost? If anyone has taken Stimerex, please let me know?

I haven't really experienced much for side effects, just a bit more energy, which is great! I also have not lost very much weight either with increased exercise and healthy diet. I am going to up the dosage and exercise more to see if that will help.

I originally did not experience any side effects from taking stimerex with the first bottle I purchased (taking 2 a day). After starting on the second bottle last week one pill has made me so jittery and shaky that I can't even take it and function at work! This made me think that there was a difference in dosage or ingredients in the first and second bottle...kinda scary.

I really liked taking it, but think I may stop with the way it is making me feel. Anyone have any ideas why it would vary so much?
