What should we eat for breakfast? |
|
|
The breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A good breakfast starts up the metabolism and gives the energy to start a new day. What should a breakfast be made of. Here are my 2 cents:
Grapefruits - vitamins and antioxidants
Eggs - proteins
Cereals and milk - Calcium and fibers
Low fat ham - proteins
Green tee - antioxidants and energiser
Cheese - calcium
Tomatoes, cucumbers, apples, cranberries.
Looking forward to hear your opinion.
Thanx. |

It's a great breakfast plan |

| It's a great breakfast plan, Light! And it can be easily adjusted to vegetarian diet. For instance, low fat ham can be substituted by soy balls or cheese. Anyway, it sounds like a balanced regimen and, yes, you're right again about this being the most important meal of the day! |

| I always eat a medium ball of cereal and biscuits with milk. It's the good carbs that give you energy right after rest. I takes away sleepiness and fatigue healthier than coffee. |

for breakfast |
|
|
| Personally I've noticed results when I had a multi-vitamin tablet, some steamed rice left over with soy sauce and left over chicken and a moderate amount of vegetables. And a piece of fruit or fruit juice. |

| Great plan. But for me, I just have to have some toast, so I will add whole grain bread to this list. |

I think the best option would be a bowl of cereals and milk and some fruit or fruit juice
I absolutely need a cup of coffee |
