Size of the pill
Hi, I was just wondering, if the size of the pill is too big and you have sensitivity to swallowing pills, can you crush it up and it would still be safe to take?

I just cut mine in half it seems to be working but I wouldnt crush it cause I hate the taste of pills but if you don't mind I don't see the harm
