Weekly Weigh-in
I wish to lose weight as I want to have children one day & worry about what the impact pregnancy will have & that I won't be able to run after them.
I plan to follow the GI diet, I already incorporate changing white rice to brown etc. I tried it at the end of last year and lost ten pounds in two weeks! I also felt a change in my energy levels & I got a flat stomach & no longer bloated. I enjoyed it.
I had tried Weight Watchers but felt the price to get weighed was far too high on a low income. I did lose 3 1/2 stone though & for the first time felt attractive. However I am ashamed to admit that I have put that & them some back on.
I hope this will help any other young people out there worrying about their weight.
