Okay, I seem to eat healthy meals. But throughout the day my snacking is a good part of not being able to lose the weight I want to.

I need some clarification on a few "snacks". I LOVE dehydrated fruits, bananas, pineapples, papaya, etc. I notice the pineapple slices taste VERY sugarry! Are any of these even healthy snacks? Also I love trail mixes, dont some people have told me that they're not healthy either Confused I dunno, I just need some healthy snacking ideas, aside from just eating an apple or orange, that gets boring for me.

Hi Shanny,
Dehydrated fruits contains lots of sugars. They are not the ideals snacks you can get. Lots of the vitamins and nutrients you can find those fruits are altered along with the dehydration process. Also you should watch out for your glycemic blood levels.
In moderation everything is good...
