Weight Losing Vacations |
|
|
Hello there,
To lose weight is difficult, especilly when in your "normal" work environment. Snacks and fatty food are everywhere. On Vacation it could go the same way, but there are Vacations where weight losing is possible.
Where to go? Well a warmer country gives you a head start, higher temperatures help to surpress the feeling of raw hunger. Then if keeping busy and away from fast food restaurants a second chance arises. One can eat healthy and learn how to acquire discipline, enough to keep on at home what you learned on Vacation. That sounds easy? Well it isn't, just that what makes you lose weight it is not a new scientific approach that you have to raise you calory consumption well above the mark you are used to and lower your calory intake while not letting you starve.
kind regards

| I think you're right, Arnego2! I always set a goal before going on vacation, because where I go there are few temptation, people I don't know and who can't influence me and usually people tend to notice changes when they haven't seen you for some time. My goals aren't about losing weight exclusively, but these work the best. Anyway, I think you raised up a true topic and I'm sure people who need it will read it. Talk to you! |

| Another idea to help with weight loss is to go for an adventure vacation. Plan on hiking, rafting, horseback riding, tree climbing (I so want to do this one you stay in treehouses) or anything else you find interesting. Even if you go for a romantic vacation you can try things like scuba and dancing. |

Hello there,
The most you do is at least that you have no time to eat or think about eating. Also it helps to drink water before you eat, try to drink 3 glasses of water and do it about 10 minutes before. Water can not be bad for you.
kind regards
