and I've never been able to take anything with Ephedra or Ephedra type products in it because it causes headaches and stomach pains. Lipovarin sounds like something that could actually work to help me lose the extra 40lbs I've put on with age. My question: Is there a weight loss supplement comparable to Lipovarin that contains little or no "kick"? I know the extra boost of energy is something I really need, but I'm afraid the side effects will cause me to quit taking it before any visible results. Thanks for any input.

I did some research myself because I was looking for some more reviews on Lipovarin before I tried it and I stumbled across this website that reviews diets. It was very interesting to me. They said that Lipovarin didn't contain the ingrediant Hoodia which is supposed to suppress your appetite and they essentially found the product to be incomplete and overly expensive - also - if you happen to be sensitive to caffiene like I am, it could have some pretty annoying side effects. So the point I am getting to is to go to skinnyondiets.com and look for Miracle Burn for the review I saw.
This product got the best rating for ingredients, price, and success. No caffiene and it contains both Advantra-Z and Hoodia which are the key ingredients to the weight loss. Anyway, I hope I was of some help. Good luck with the weight loss. I am ordering the Miracle Burn stuff after pay day. Yay! Take care.
