Started this morning

Got my Lipovarin yesterday. Took 2 tablets this morning with a Slimfast Muffin bar. Hoping to lose the weight I have read other people have lost.
I have already started working out & watching what I eat. So I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Start weight 164.3 (9-13-06)
Goal 130

Good Luck Tammy - keep me posted

Well Yesterday morning I took 2 pills. After after an hour I was extremely tired so I only took 1 pill in the afternoon. Today I took 1 pill at 6:30 am and feel fine. Seem to have a little more energy then I have in the past. Hopefully it's from the pills. Going to take another pill this afternoon. I'll keep you posted.

Lipovarin contains caffeine and other active ingredients that does give you energy. The best thing would be to profit from that energy and burn it.

Well I have been on Lipovarin for 7 days now. started Taking 4 per day ( 2 & 2) but haven't lost much weight. Only lost about 5 lbs in the first week. Will continue with them and see what happens.

well I weighed myself this AM and I am down to 158.8 so I guess I am losing. I am starting to take 6 Lipovarin a day. 3 in the AM and 3 in the afternoon. I am still exercising and eatting healthy so I am keeping my fingers crossed.
