hi am a new member looking for some surport in my goal to loose weight at the moment i.m 204lbs which is 50 pound over my goal eight of 155lbs am going to clean up my diet and try some light exercise. I plan on showing before and after pics more for insperation to keep me going and hopefully reaching my goal. My background information is i'm male 22yo 5'10 in height over the last year my weight has balloned due to problems i've had. As a treat if i reach my goal weight i plan on doing a skydive as it is something i've always wanted to do. thanks for taking the time to read i'll keep posted on how things go.
