hi all i'm a new member wrote a bit about myself in the weight loss challenge if u are interested in reading am going to hopefully get myself back healthy and fit. Going to eat clean and exercise going to the gym 3-4 times a week hopefully. Will keep updating most days to let you know how the eating and exercise are coming along also posting the odd picture ever2 weeks or so. My downfall is like most people junk food and lack of exercise but hopefully that will change thanks for taking time to read
