How should I take my ephedrine pills?

Hi all
Was just wondering if anyone could help me..I bought Ephedrine HCL 40mg
I took one and felt a lil panicky but i think it was because i had read alot of scare stories online etc..next morn i felt a lil comedown and just wondered if anybody could advise me how i should be taking them..they r just sitting by my bed and im desperate to lose weight..any advice appreciated thank you x

40mg is a large dosage, they usually come in 25mg so u’ll need to take a little bit of care, but there is nothing to worry about, it’s a safe supplement. I usually take mine in the morning, lunch then about 4 ish. With that dosage do not take it after 6pm –u will not get to sleep. I take mine with meals and it seems to be fine.

With that dosage I think 2 a day is more than enough, maybe split them?

I agree 40mg is slightly higher than the usual 25mg. Basically ephedrine works I two ways; it both increase the bodies natural temperature and metabolism thus burning more fat. Calories and it is also a great appetite suppressant. Another bonus is that it is a stimulant so it makes you more active enabling you to burn more calories in the gym or sports field.

I usually take mine 3 times a day, morning then noon then again about 5pm ish , or just before I hit the gym or go for a walk. I agree with the guest in that do not take it after about 7pm as you will struggle to sleep.

Never heard of the 40mg, so you may have to alter the above advice for additional dosage. Watch out for some suppliers as I have had a wide range of quality, I can recommend www.evopharmacy.com as a good bet, although they may not be the cheapest you get good quality.
