Hello!
In any weight loss program it is vitally important that you get the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phytonutrients you need. I use the Double X vitamins. They are great! They give you so much energy throughout the day. In fact they are endorsed by 100 meter sprinter Asafa Powell. He used to complain about feeling run down after a work out, but after his brother got him on these vitamins, he was able to train enough to break the world record!

You're right about the vitamins, but there're voices who claim that human body tends to adjust to having vitamins ingested artificially. The risk consists in becoming lazy and once you stop taking vitamins, the body metabolizes them from ailments harder. There're only recommended in certain amounts and time spans.

The XX vitamins really are incredible. In the past I've tried to remember to take vitamins but always forgot. The reason I forgot is because the days I would forget I would feel no difference so then one day would turn to two etc. etc.
I took these all through the winter and I didn't get sick even once which I can't say for sure is due to the vitamins but I can tell you that I've gotten sick at least once every winter for as long as I can remember.
