I take CLA. It's a good suppliment My bf suggested it and it seems to be helping quite a bit. I think it's a great supplement. Been taking that with, "One a day weight smart advanced" vitamins, and was taking lipo 6.....all with working out at the gym and eating well I have lost 11 pounds in a month and a half |

I'm so glad someone posted about CLA. I just started taking it about a week ago and I have continued to do research on this product. It seems as though the most effective form is labled as "tonalin CLA" and for weight loss you should take between 3-4 grams per day (I take 3 1300mg pills per day, one with each meal) I work out about 3-5 times per week and I am very hopeful that this will help me to get rid of some excess flab and tone up. In just a week my pants feel a bit looser. In my research I also found that CLA can prevent heart disease, certain types of cancer and also can prevent diabetes!! There are no known negative effects. I am all for this product and I will keep posting results as I see them Good luck to you as well, I'd love to hear about your progress. |
