I have been reading the posts on this locked topic.

I cant help but comment about it. There is no way of knowing who these posts came from...it may be from real doctors or not, from bio-chemists or not, affiliated to some companies or not, have motives or just simply sharing their experiences. But it pays to be cautious and do your own research. I believe it is dangerous to seek advice from somebody you dont know specially if it is with regards to your health. If you have a doctor...go seek her or his advice instead. It is safer that way since she should know your medical history and all. As you probably all know, what seems safe today might be banned tomorow, and everybody reacts differently to different products. So do your research and choose intelligently. It is your body and you will live with it for the rest of your life.

By the way, if one is a professional, he or she is obliged to act like one. If not, then thats a real SHAME

I always recommend to see your physician before starting using diet pills and following a diet. Its the best and safest way to do it. However I am pretty much sure that most doctors did not heard about Lipovarin or any diet pill that is labeled as a nutritional supplement.

My advice is not to follow everything you read on forums but use forums to get unbiased reviews, tips and advices.
