Is the daily ratio really mathematically calculated? If s, then it should be larger promoted, because it's definitely right, don't you think? Many nutritionists refer to it, but none explains what's it really about? Does anyone know?

Are you asking about your ratio of fat:protien:carbs? If so they are normally done in a ratio format, but everyones needs are different so normally they have to figure out what ratio will work for you first.

True, it all depends of your daily bode needs. Only a nutritionist can calculate this based on your age, gender, working condition, activity.

I was talking about the ratio based on age, gender, physical activity degree etc. I've been looking into it and it's granted by the International Organization of Health. Here's an example of how is calculated:
Women aged 18 to 30: 13,3 x personal weight + 334 x personal height + 35.
In my case, minimum daily ratio is around 1200 calories, considering I have a low physical activity. Values increase together with the increase in mental and physical exercise and body temperature.
