Weight loss plans
I want to start a weight loss plans. Could you please point me to a good one. I am mostly interested in working out my abs.

I've tried South Beach, Atkins and 6 Week Body Makeover but none of them worked for very long.
After this I went to the doctor and found out that my weight gain is caused by hormonal disorder. My advice is not to self disconcerted and go see a doctor. Ofcourse if you know that you are healthy and you just want to loose a few pounds I recommend a diet and 4 times per week cardio training.

I would recommend looking into the Suzanne Somers diet. It's worked really well for me. You can also try a diet that is high carb, low fat. That worked for my mother for years. I know I've heard of one book that talks about different types of diets based on your body type, as well as one based on your blood type. I hear those work but have not personally tried them.

Good for you to say a "plan" as most of us figured out diets do not work
I have assisted soooooooo many people all over the US to lose weight from 10 lbs to 180 lbs for 16 to 88 years old
