How much can I lose in a month and a half? |
|
|
| Hi! I'm 130lbs and I desperately need to shake off some of those in a month and a half. It's personal and I can't really tell you, but it's really important I do it. What are the exercises and how many times a week should I go to the gym? I'd really appreciate your answers, thanx! |

| How often you decide to go to the gym is really based on how dedicated you are and how much time you can spend at the gym. Tell us more about your lifestyle and I'll see what we can do to help. |

Its impossible to give a exact answer. It all depends on how your body will react and what you will do.
Good weight loss results can be obtained with cardio training combined with weight training. Also cutting down on junk foods fat foods will sure help.
Please tell us more and we will do our best.
Regards. |

| Thanks for getting involved, guys. Basically, I'm up for anything: even 4 times a week trainings, vegetarian food if necessary and all the sacrifice. I just want to lose as much as possible, but as healthy as possible, too. I'm the manager of a medium enterprise, I can afford time and money, I just need to know how to do it. Actually, I'm a little embarassed to have this conversation face to face to someone and I thought you might help me... Thanks a lot, guys! |

| Yeah, it's hard to give you an answer to this. Most of depends on your metabolism, how you work out and you diet. I seen people lose 20 pounds in amonth and others lose 10 pounds. |

| Make sure you do plenty of cardio when you go. Treadmill, elliptical, etc. Try and work up to a point where you can do it for 45 minutes straight. That's an optimum time to burn fat. Of course, go longer if you can. And go as often as you can take it. With cardio, there really isn't any such thing as overtraining. The name of the game is burning calories. |
