PostPosted: Fri Nov 10, 2006 4:55 am    Post subject: Cylaris-third day on this pill Reply with quote

I just started taking this Cylaris and am on my third day. I was happy that I didn't get the gitters like other diet pills that never worked. I have
not weighed myself yet because I didnt' want to depress myself - just thought I'd go for the mirror check and clothing check for now. I havent really changed my eating habits but have tried to not eat much sugar since come on Halloween just passed...had to get rid of the candy because that is where I gained a few pounds ha. Anyhooo, here is how my days have gone since first taken this: 1st day got in the afternoon so took the 1 pill as instructions state to take 1 twice a day for three days then take 2 pills twice a day. Also, states not to take close to bedtime just fyi. The first night I to pee alot to be frank sorry, and that has not stopped yet so far-so going potty alot more often, and drinking alot of water ...instructions state that you must drink 10 glasses of water or more...and not to take any additional caffeine so I am trying to diss the tea (I always drank straight without sugar so no change in diet) for a while and replace with water. This stuff makes you thirsty..dry mouth so you are kinda forced to drink more so that is good because it naturally will cleanse your body. Next point, I have noticed that my appetite had decreased a little even while on the 1 twice a day beginning...mind you it is just a little ...I have even put off dinner/lunch a couple hours without even minding it ...just didn't bother me...before I would of never did that ha...I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner-eating small portions at each..but that was my diet before so no change. I was exercising about 30 mins about 3-4 times a week doing moderate cardio but I haven't been since being on this diet pill.... I have had alot more energy and feel my body temperature rise slightly so that is probably why I go potty so much..not sure... this is also why I havent exercised because by the end of the day when I would exercise like before ..I am really tired and ready to go to bed... I have not lost any sleep with this pill. Mirror check: I have noticed that I look a little smaller..hard to tell as early ya know..but my pants do fit a itty bitty little bit loser. I will keep posting as I notice any changes either good or bad for you all. Please do the same ..as your comments help motivate me as well. I am sorry if I rambled but wanted to give you all a clear picture of my experience & to help you all too. Very Happy

I haven't been in a size 14 for ummm....god...I can't even remember when I was in a 14....I don't even think I was in a 14 10 yrs ago! I have also started taking cylaris and have already lost 4 lbs. I am going to stay on this for the 8 weeks as directed on the plan. Bought this at Walmart for $20 and the product is far superior to anything I have tried before. Glad to see others are trying this.

Hello! I just wanted to give an update on where I'm at. I started taking Cylaris on Monday and I weighed 178 and now I'm down to 174. I have also cut back on my calories and trying to exercise everyday. With 2 kids and a full time job it is hard. I think Cylaris is definetely curbing my appetite. I have had a few stomach cramps, but nothing major. I'll keep you updated...please respond!

Well, in my opinion....just my opinion...but I'm sure it's shared by many...no one should make themselves throw up to lose weight!!! That is just not healthy!! I am a nurse and there are a lot of risks that go along with that. Anywho....Enough about that...I'm stepping off of my soap box now!

Since I started taking Cylaris I am down to 186 1/2. I kinda didn't really take it as instructed until this last week though. I was only taking one or two a day for a while, because I have had some bad luck with some other diet pills in the past and didn't know how my body would react with these and with my other medications, but surprisingly...these don't make me jittery...or irritable at all!! Matter of fact...when I tried Zantrex 3...my fiance said he couldn't stand to be around me because I was so irritable and he asked if I was on diet pills again since that was the way I was when I used to take them before. Since I have been taking these, he says I am in a better mood and more attentive towards him. My sleep cycle isn't interrupted. Of course, I haven't been able to work out as much because of health problems, so that hasn't helped my weight loss either, but since I have lost some...I have complete confidence in the product and I will continue to use it....We are getting married in August of next year and I am determined to lose more weight before then!! I even did a Richard Simmons 80's Blast Off DVD today because I was so desperate!! I didn't have a baby sitter and haven't been able to go to curves!!!!!!!!!!! I'm in withdrawals! hehe!! Anywho.....Happy weight loss everyone!!

Good luck to you!! But I think I need luck too...I'm getting married in May next year and I haven't lose any weight from the beginning of my fitness plan which started from two months ago!!!

I dropped down to 184.5 for one day....but now I can't get below my 185 mark. I haven't really been taking my Cylaris regularly though. And of course the holidays really suck for diets. Anyways...my horoscope says that I will be surprised how easily my weight comes off after December <eyeroll> we'll see. I started doing my TaeBo at home again since I can't seem to get to curves as much as I should because of nursing school and working full time. so...good luck to the rest of you.

Oh yes...and by the way...Best of luck to you ailsa1208 and good luck on the wedding planning Razz

Does this make you jittery? Does it contain ephedra, or any other unhealthy ingredients?
I have hypothyroid and am on synthroid; I am on two cholesterol medications; I have lost my mother at 60 and brother at 35 due to heart disease (attack and coronary thrombosis, respectively). I can not take any supplements that will interfere with my synthroid, or with the function of my heart. I'm asking you all here, because my doctors all say the same thing: "Supplements are garbage, just cut calories and exercise, don't waste your money on supplements." So I get no answers from them!

I am also hypothyroid. I don't get jittery or have any hyperactivity problems with this like most of the supplements that are out there. Every other diet pill I have tried has made me feel like I was going to have a heart attack. I am on Armour Thyroid for my hypothyroidism...of course, I didn't tell my doctor I was going to take this pill because he would have told me not to take it, because he too says that "supplements are garbage and that I just need to cut calories and exercise" but that doesn't necessarily work for everyone! But I am happy to report that I am down below my 185 now!! Wooo HOOO!! 181 was my weigh in on Wednesday! We are starting a Weight loss Challenge at work...so I am soooo determined to lose it NOW!!

HAPPY WEIGHT LOSS EVERYONE!!
