cylaris |
| I just started taking cylaris yesterday 1 twice a day for three days was recommeded, then 2 twice a day after that. anywho, I do feel better and have more energy and don't eat as much. Haven't lost yet but its only been two days. I believe it will work, because I actually am not hungry like I am when I have used other diet pills in the past. |

This is my first time ever to post to a board of any kind but I am tired of talking about what I am going to do with my weight. I have been researching different weight loss pills for months and found this board this morning. After reading numerous articles and replies I am going out today to purchase my bottle of cylaris. CVS has it listed in their sale flyer for 19.99 for 50 caplets but has a $3.00 off coupon on the back of the paper. After reading so many positive results it seems that it is worth $17 to try it.
It does seem that most people are using an exercise program and maintaining a reasonable intake of calories. Correct?
Any suggestions on diet is helpful. I am horrible about eating the right things and tend to grab things on the go with a hectic lifestyle.
My goal is to lose between 30-40 pounds over the months ahead. |

My Cylaris Diet |
| Hi my name is Cora I purchased Cylaris today because I've done some research and this product sounds promising. I will start taking it tomorrow. I want to share my experience with others so I will keep track of my diet on this forum for others to see. Here's my starting point weight, 251 lbs. Check this forum every week to see my status. Goal is to get down to 150 lbs. |

I can't believe I've not heard of Cylaris before this weekend!!! Maybe because I gave up on the Diet Pill craze a long time ago. My husband actually saw the ad and told me about it. I joined a new gym that just opened yesterday and even paid for a year in advance and have no reason why I can't go after work since my little one will be in bed. I bought Cylaris today at Wal-Mart for $19.99 for 50 pills. I did read the directions wrong. I took 2 per the box but saw later on the insert to start with 1. I found this forum hours after taking Cylaris and now I am feeling better about my purchase. I will keep everyone posted and I will try to not weigh myself more then 1x per week since that can discourage you if you don't see results on the scale.
I will be working out 5 days a week at 1 hour a day
Taking Cylaris and Wellbutrin
Modifying diet slightly. |

Cylaris |

Starting taking Cylaris yesterday after noon. I am a 31 yr old female 5'9" and 245. I started eating right 3 days ago and went for an hour long walk today and some sit ups before work. I plan to do the same everyday. Haven't weighed myself. I will repost after a few days. I feel a little speedy-lol but I''ll get used to it. I am eating a breakfast bar in the morning and a healthy lunch then an apple mid afternoon and a regular healthy portioned dinner. We'll see only time will tell. |

Cylaris-After 2 weeks |
Well it seems to be working- I actually LOVE IT because it doesn't make me jittery and I haven't been as hungry! Yeahhhh-and I lost 14lbs in 2 weeks! Yippeeee! I drink lots of water like the directions state i try to eat a breakfast bar after i take my cylaris then mid morning a fruit then a lean cuisine for lunch but take my 2 pills before lunch ......string cheese as my snack and maybe i'll trade the cheese with a south beach bar then a sensible dinner. I have to tell you usually by dinner i'm not even that hungry, it helps me not to eat too much home cooking-lol So there ya have -IT WORKS FOR ME..and I will be buying another bottle. I'll be back to give you an update when the bottle is gone, I'm kinda anxious to see what happens at the end of the bottle........ |

first day on cylaris, hoping to join you guys lol |
well today i took cylaris, and i am amazed to say that usually after dinner, i will sit and watch tv and snack the rest of the night. well after i took my pill i ate dinner and guess what i had a small bowl of icecream ( yea yea i know i know lol) but then NOTHING! not even interested in eating right now. i am so shocked. my body feels FULL! I hope this works, i mean i know it was only 20.00 but hey thats money i could keep. but my job i have is very physical, alot of walking so hopefully that will be enough that i dont have to kill myself in a gym. well i will keep you posted. last time i weighed myself i was 199 at 5 foot 2 **UGGGHHH**
i am hoping not to have a GOAL weight but to find a weight that i feel beautiful. even if its only 5lbs as long as i feel good. well i will see ya guys later.

| I have been taking cylaris now for 2 days, and I'm wondering if anyone has felt any side effects from it? I feel a heaviness in my chest, but I"m not sure it has anything to do with cylaris. Please let me know if any of you are experiencing this.[/b] |
