3 week system v. just Lipovarin alone

Hi. I was thinking of trying this system but was wondering should I buy the 3 week system or can I just use Lipovarin by itself? Which one would I see the best results? thanks!

er, I bought 3 week system and lost 3 lbs after first day. But this system is still new to me, so I will see what is going on.
