Cylaris seems to be the hottest new thing on the market right now. I've looked at its ingredients and its quite possible to work: Green Tea Extract, Chromium, Selenium, Vitamins B6, B12, and Folic Acid.

There is a big threat about Cylaris going on so please feel free to ask or share your opinions at
about2003.html or open a new topic in the Diet Pills Forum

Thanx,
Light.

I've been taking cylaris for 2 days now but still have a couple questions.
How long before a meal are you supposed to take it?
What exactly does cylaris do? I've read over all the info that comes with it and looked through alot of posts but can't find out exactly how it's supposed to work. Thanks, and good luck to everybody taking it.

I used Cylaris For the 8 weeks and I didnt lose 32lbs.

I only lost 31lbs (haha) I also worked out 2x a day, 5 to 6 days a week. Morning 30-45 mins of cardio. (walking, jogging, running) and then I would lift weights in the evening, also 30-45 mins (different routines)

I went from 280 to 249. I ate healthy when I ate and a lot of water. Protien shake after cardio, 6' subway chicken breast :double meat: for dinner another protien shake after weight lifting and If I was hungry Cottage cheese, bowl of cheerios w/skim milk, or a piece of fruit(apple, orange) for snacks. If I had a sweet tooth I would eat a scoop of natural peanut butter. 1x a week cheat day I deserved it, but in moderation.
I would take 2x pills 15 mins before cardio and 2 more 4-5hrs later. I never felt hungry I was also satisfied. Its is 75% mind of matter because if you have a good morning work out you feel lighter, so you eat lighter.

Any questions feel free to ask.

Hi everybody

I just started using Cylaris yesterday. My "diet" that I am on is consisting of the following:

breakfast: 1 smart start health heart bar

lunch: 1 1/2 cup salad mix with 1-2 teaspoons on Hidden Valley ranch Fat Free ranch

snack: 3-4 Genisoy Crispy Dippers White Cheddar chips

dinner: something light (6" subway chicken sandwich tonight)

My job doesn't really allow me to exercise that much except for the times I walk around the office to other people's cubicals. Do any of you who have been taking Cylaris think that this is an ok diet?

Thanks

Hi snowwhite. I have been taking cylaris for a little while now and the weight is coming off. I watch what I eat, very carefully, and walk a lot. I try to walk between 6-8 miles a day. It sounds like a lot, but it is broken up into several walks around the neighborhood with my kids, ages 3 snd 1. It doesn't always feel like I am "working out" since I don't get out of breath and the only time I get sweaty is when it is about 100 degrees and humid, like it has been. But it works. The weight is coming off. I don't always have time without them to spend forever on my treadmill. Just so what you can, and it will work. In the past I have also been able to pop through plateaus with a mix up with movement. I would watch a t.v. show, which I love to do, but would walk in place, wiggle, move my arms around, whatever for the entire show. I even would do it while watching a movie. That way it was movement without formally "workign out" and it helped a lot. Hope you find what works for you. And if you would like to join the August 1 challenge or October challenge, we would love to have you. Even though the August one is almost over, We will start a September challenge, so just join now. We are all very supportive of each other.
