what is the buzz on this new Cylaris diet pill what foods do you eat and does it really work.

Welcome to the Weight Loss Forums,
Cylaris is anew diet pill. It seems to be generating quite some buzz around being seen at Oprah...
Basically it looks to me to be a regular metabolism booster and energy diet pill. The active ingredients in it do work.
I have not much info on Cylaris but hopefully people will start posting reviews and testimonials.

Please let us know your opinion if you try it.

I have just started on Cylaris and lost 3 pounds the first day! I am exercising 30 min daily and watching calories. I think this stuff is really going to work! I'll keep you updated. I would love to hear from someone else who is taking it Smile

Adding 30 minutes of cardio and eating right will surely help a lot. Please keep us posted on how Cylaris works. We are really interested in knowing what you think of it (side effects, effects, dosage you use).

I have had some stomach cramping with Cylaris, but nothing major. It definetely curbs your appetite. We'll see how it works!

I have been taking Cylaris for 7 weeks, and I haven't lose any weight. I'm just wondering if there are some problems with my metabolism and the pill needs more time to change that...So I'm thinking should I keep trying it for longer or I'll just finish this one and stop wasting money...

I've been taking Cylaris for 4 full days and have lost 8 pounds, I am also watching my fat, calorie and carb intake but I haven't been overly hungry, I'm hopeful that it will continue to work.

I am just finishing day 7 and I have lost 13 lbs. Of course I am following a sensible diet and drinking lots of water but it has controlled my appetite and I am not dragging. I am EXTREMELY encouraged!!!!

hi all- i bought cylaris for cheap on amazon. some people are selling the smaller bottles so beware that you are getting the bigger bottles and not the smaller one. i believe the bigger one is 75 caps

I am on day 26 and have lost 28 lbs and still going! I am taking the Cylaris and watching my calorie, fat and carb intake, not extreme just being careful with them. I went off my diet on Christmas day and New Years day but so far so good, don't know how many inches I have lost but I can tell already that I have lost quite a bit.
