On November 14, 2006, the U.S. District Court in Utah reversed Judge Tena Campbell's ruling that permitted enjoined the FDA from enforcing the ban against ephedrine alkaloids in dietary supplements. As November 14, 2006, no dietary supplement may contain ephedrine alkaloids.

Note that ephedra is not banned. Ephedrine Alkaloids are banned.
