One week Lipovarin review -- 6.61 lbs loss

start weight: 144.4 lbs
product: 3-week rapid weight loss system, Clarins Total Body Lift & Body shaping cream
diet (everyday): 3 shakes, 1-2 eggs, 1-2 portions steamed veges, water*
exercise: 1-1.5 hour gym work (started on the fourth day)
at first, i had a few fruit, eg, apple, orange, strawberry(one each day). I stoped eating fruit when I finished what I bought before my diet paln.
I drink one cup of salty water and/or honey water once I get up. It helps bowel movement.
I apply Clarins products before I go to GYM and after shower everyday in order to reduce stubborn cellulite and firm body contours. I don't want my skin becomes flabby after weight loss.
today's date: 11/11/06
today's weight: 137.79 lbs
Total weight loss: 6.61 lbs
*water option: pure water, peppermint herbal tea(sugar free), rose tea, lemon honey(not too sweet)...
Although I haven't achieved my goal (11.2 lbs a week)
, I feel ok with this result. I will keep going and post my next review a week later. Thanks.

I haven't posted any review last week coz I didn't find any change on my weight....
what am i doing wrong....
