Hey All - 21yr old 281.6lbs 64inches... |

Hey, I am new here... Just started a diet today... well more of a healthy eating plan, I am not looking to take any pills or anything I just want to do it with normal exercise and eating healthy. I am 281lbs (128kgs) and want to get down to 132lbs (60kgs). Just looking to chat to other people and give/get support so I can keep on track and not make excuses as I am great at that! I have my own meal planner all written up so should be interested how it goes. My weigh in day is Tuesdays! will be taking photos, measurements and weighing each tuesday My boyfriend Liam is doing it too He is 212lbs (96kgs) and wants to get down to 176lbs (80kgs)

Okay well the plan includes things like... low fat bread (62cals per slice), low fat tuna, chicken breast, as much fruit and veges (negative calorie ones) as I like... and a ton of water! then I have for exercise... front raises, lateral raises and bent over lateral raises (all with 2lbs of weights in each hand) umm these side bend things where I hold 2lbs of weight in 1 hand and bend sideways over to that side, Leg raises, Lunges, squats... and then of course walking for atleast 30mins every day... if I can do more then I will  |
