Hi all,
I also want to ask for your opinion on ab lounge or a similar product that will help me workout my abs. I want something that will give results. I am interested in hearing your Ab Lounge reviews.

i dont exactly know what the ab lounge is. I have the ab slide and i use it 3 times a week for 20 min... It feels like its working. I have a lot of weight to loose so its hard to tell if i got that 6 pack going.

I am using this one. I think that it works because when I exercise I feel my ab muscles burning. I am using Ab lounge for a month and results are starting to appear. As eepetty said its hard at the start to tell if it works if you have some extra pounds on but with time you can tell.

Hi,
I am using one of thouce and its working. I feel my abs burning each time. Got no complains about it. Use it if you can, it really works.

I use it or do crunches most days a week. I can see a difference. It is easy and quick.
