After alot of research, I decided to go out and buy trimspa, along with a fat blocker, & a carb blocker. I've had no success with weight loss for the past 5 years, so hopefully this will work.
I am 5ft tall, and weigh approx. 145lbs. (39 yrs.old) My goal is to lose 25lbs, and keep it off.
I have never eaten many sweets, but do crave carb/starchy foods.
I am taking 2 trimspa tablets, 20 mins prior to eating, and depending on the fat & carb content of my meal, 1-2 tabs of the blockers.

I will keep posting my results, and will be happy to answer any questions, to the best of my ability.

Good luck to us all!

Thank you Nancy & good luck to you!

My first day was pretty easy, (but most diets are the 1st day....) I think the most important thing, is to drink lots of water, and that was the main thing I noticed. I did feel thirsty, and needed LOTS of water. I really had no issues with hunger.

I am also keeping a diary to track my progress. I recorded my weight, measurements, all food intake, and any exercise. (I hate to exercise, so this, will be a challenge. I did go for a 1 mile bike ride though! :D )

Hello!
Just wanted to share I've lost 9 pounds in a little less than 2 weeks with Trim Spa. I LOVE it and hopefully I can lose as much as Anna Nicole did.

I have used it for 4 days and exercised by walking beside eating salads and fiber one cereal and a regular dinner ie. meat and vegetable with Crystal Light and haven't lost a lb yet. I'll try it till Sunday and if nothing happens I returning it.

becky- you must be insane if you think working out & eating properly for 4 days will make you see results- Honey- if that were the case we'd all look fabulous! I am considering taking trim spa- I have been on Stacker2 for 2 years and love it- but since it is now banned I must use something else. If I were you- keep doing what your doing for another 3 weeks- and whatever you do- don't weigh yourself!!! Remember muscle weighs more than fat- and if you haven't been working out reguarly- you will gain some muscle weight. Trust me- I have been dealing with the same problem. The fact is- there is no miracle pill- you must cut out the fat/carb intake and exercise at least 3-5x a week. Burn those calories- that is the only way. And keep in mind it's going to take some time- it doesn't just happen overnight. I wish you much luck in reaching your goal. Just don't give up using the product- stay motivated and I guarantee you will see some sort of change after a month. And remember- losing/maintaining weight is a LIFE change- you must change the way you live.

I've been working out since October and dieting - just started trim spa last week at $40 a pop it's too expensive to keep up when I still have the same results with just diet and exercise.

Well I just received my trimspa yesterday. I'm starting it on Sat. I get more excited hearing all of these stories..but trying not to get my hopes up. I know it works differently for everone. I'm 5'5 and 265. I have dealt with my weight my whole life...and I'm only 22! I hope this works...I really want to feel better about myself. To actually be able to wear clothes that I like and be able to wear shorts in PUBLIC again!!! I'll keep everyone posted and look forward to hearing everyone's progress.
