Hi,
I am in Phase 1 and things are going well untill now. I want to ack you if Ketchup is allowed in Phase 1.

I have used Atkins Carb-Ketchup and it wasn't a problem - also Salsa (store bought) makes a VERY good substitute.

Have you used any Drinks as Meal Replacments ???
I am wanting to use EAS CArb Control drinks for easy, on the go meal options.
Have you used anything like that ????
