Did you have any problems with skin?
Im 310 Now, and remember when I was 23 @ 200 Pounds I looked very fit. I'm worried that even If I do go back to 200-210 Pounds I will have alot of skin ruining my results |

It is normal for people with such large weight loss to look completely different. Acquaintances who were not around my during my rapid weight loss and witnessed my transformation would completely fail to recognize me. Personal trainers at my gym said I don't even look like the same person in my before and after pics either. |

| Actually, I've known people who've looked totally different just from the last 20 to 30 pounds they've lost. The smaller you are, the bigger the difference even a couple pounds can make. |
