Although there's some speculation about the phen from customhrt, I have been losing weight. I took phen before and had no appetite whatsoever. With this phen, I'm a little bit hungry but it still doesn't compare to the appetite I had before. I'm also drinking lots of water due to having cottonmouth. I started taking it 1/12. I'm 5,9 not sure of my weight but I was wearing a size 14 dress slacks. I have no scale but I'm proud to announce that I'm now in size 12 slacks and need a belt! I was just told this past weekend by a family member that there's a noticable difference in my mid-section  I've made alot of changes with my diet- I try to eat smaller meals more often rather than pigging out on a big meal. Sad to report that I haven't incorporated exercise into my weightloss plan YET but I will...and when I do- I know that the lbs will melt away. I'm excited, maybe even thinking of documenting it with photo's and posting them for everyone to see. |

They didn't call my doctor but I put in N/A for all the physician information as advised from this site.

| I'm still doing good with my weight loss. Cutting back, even eliminating foods from my diet hasn't been too hard but I'm still loly-gagging about starting an exercise regimen. Just gotta do it! and I will. Everyone out there in weight-loss land have a good one. |
