Hi everyone,

I just joined this site today. Today I also placed an order via customhrt. So I'll try to keep updates about shipping and weightloss once I get going. Thanks to everyone that gave me info- I appreciate it! This is a great resource.

I personally have taken phentermine for about 60 days, I started out with 1/2 a pill to make sure I could handle it and have lost about 35 pounds. Good Luck and keep posting.

Hello! Okay so I am on Day 5 of taking the Phentermine. I still barely have any appetite. I have been eating a cereal bar for breakfast...a 100 cal yogurt for lunch and then a small dinner. I would say I'm consuming less that 800 calories a day (which is probably not good!), but I have a hard time eating more than that. I have lost 8 pounds so far and the weight continues to fall off. I am exercising daily for about 30 minutes. I'll keep you updated!

My goal is to get down to 135, maybe 125 (wouldn't that be grand!) Here are my stats...

12/29/06- weight 183- started exercising 30 min a day
1/7/06 weight 177
1/6/07- started 30 mg of phentermine
1/10/07- weight 175

I would love to hear from you guys on your progress.. I need support!

I plan on keeping everyone informed- and would love any feedback too. Alot of the things that I have read on this site and before/after photos have been very motivating. Thanks for the warm welcome! I'm so pumped about this new chapter in my life.

Hi all~ today is day 3 for me on phentermine. I ordered it from customhrt.com, received it right away and paid a great price for it. I've noticed a significant change in appetite since taking it and I'm very happy. I haven't had any headaches or any other symptoms so that's good too. I've never owned a scale but I've been thinking about getting one, if I do- I will then show numbers. BTW, also taking a multivitamin, b12 supplement and daily colon cleanser.
One question that I have is about CLA. Anyone out there taking it along with their phen?

I take 4 capsules of CLA daily. 2 in the a.m. with breakfast and 2 in the p.m. with dinner. It has helped tremendously with the fat around my midsection. I have been taking it for about 8-9 weeks. I didn't start to see results until after 3 weeks.

I'm still taking the phen ordered from customhrt. I went a couple of days without because I was under the weather. I've noticed that I have more energy after I take it but I have no problem eating when I get hungry. I took phen over 10 years ago and it was exactly the opposite- I had to force myself to eat. Not sure about exact weight loss since I don't weigh myself- sorry... I've also started taking CLA- we'll see how that works out. How is the phen working out for those out there who ordered from the same place? I'd like to know...

I'm a newbie too and need some buddies...I ordered my Phen from pillrush.com anyone else order from here? I should have it soon. and can't wait. I hope this really works for me. I'm really excited about taking this pill and losing all this weight that i've put on since i've been married and prior to that. When i met my husband, i was 127...when we got married 6 years later, I was about 145, been married only 18 months and now i weigh 175!!!!! i've done the diets and the exercising, but it doesn't seem to be enough. So we'll see what happens!!!

I started first of Jan and I'm down 10 pounds...now at 173....my goal also is 125. I hope we can be support to each other. What does your program look like your own? exercise? Diet?

To everyone that has ordered from customhrt. Did you have a presription and if not did the call your local MD. I tried to order from another company about 4 months ago and they called my local MD and he denied the prescription. I hate to place another order online and them call my MD again. Thank you for these message boards they have given me alot of info.
