I exercise 3 times per week. You need to do it about 5 times if you have the time.
I only 3 times and I try to work out each time 2 major muscle groups plus abs. My practice takes about 1.30 -2 hours. I also want to get in shape for the summer and I will do about 4 trainings per week.
Good luck. |

4 or 5 times is the best, a 5 day per week routine will give you enough time to exercise almost all muscular groups. I do about 5 times per week for 5 weeks and then I take a one week off. Its very important to have a week off once in a while.
Good luck. |

| I go with a 3 times per week routine. I work hard for about 2 hours in order to work almost all muscle groups. I really think that the proper way to do it is a 4 or even better 5 times per week training routine but how have the time? |

I workout out 4 to 5 times a week, 1.5 - 2 hours per season with the combination of weights and cardio training. Whenever i'm feeling a lil demotivate i'll join group exercises such as bodypump, RPM, kickboxing body attack or bodystep class. It helps a lot! You can loss up to 3 pounds a week if you cut down some of your favorite junk food . |

Exercise is good for health |
|
|
Hello,
Fitness Exercise is vital for shedding excess weight and keeping it off. The body was meant to be active, and that is often a challenge in today’s often-sedentary lifestyles. White collar workers, security workers, and drivers make up a large part of the workforce, and get very little fitness exercise daily.
Especially if you fit into this category of fitness exercise, a concerted effort must be made in order to ensure that an fitness exercise regimen is followed that will afford you a level of activity that will provide the amount of activity you need to stay healthy and avoid obesity. |

Take it slow |
|
|
I work out most days, but if your just starting out - take it slow. Listen to your body - it will tell you if you're doing too much. Gradually increase your workout times, intensity, and frequency. Check out healthylife4us.info/exercise/
and good luck! |

| Yeah, watch out not to burn your muscles or get something hurt! Better watch for quality than rapid results. In a couple of weeks you'll be toned up with 3-4 work outs a week. Don't submit your body to strenuous exercise, it won't do! You could try tennis, for instance, it's a great cardio and makes you sweat a lot, too! |

I try to exercise 3 times a week...
Just remember that recovery is just as, if not more important as the exercise itself... For maximum benefit from your exercise routine don't burn yourself out during exercise... you will be doing more harm than good... |
