Hi,
I am trying to write a review on Lipovarin. If anyone care to help me please check it out for accuracy. There may be some things missing or twisted and I need your opinion on how can I improve it. Please let me know if in your opinion is this review true, needs other things added or removed. The review is made only from your posts.

Thank you,
Light.

-------------------------------------------------

Hello,
For the past 3 months I saw Weight Loss Forum growing and growing. We are not big but WLF might one of the few places on the Internet where you can find real testimonials and user experiences.
I decided to write my own review on Lipovarin. My review is based only on your posts. At this time there are about 650 posts on Lipovarin wrote by you. I intent to gather all the information and make an accurate and true review.

Lipovarin is a Sterling Grant Laboratories product. It acts as a thermogenic, appetite suppressor and metabolism booster. People that are taking Lipovarin loose weight by getting an energy boost and by getting their appetite suppressed.

Lipovarin ingredients are:
Taurine – this is an energizer found in almost any weight loss products and can be also found in Red Bull.
Caffeine and Green Tea – another energy booster.
L-carnitine L-tartrate – diuretic, used in many diet pills
Coral Calcium, providing 18.5% Calcium (35 mg...4%)
ADVANTRA-Z™ (citrus aurantium) an important component that has been shown to have metabolic boosting effects similar to that of Ma Huang, without the negative side effects.
METABROMINE™- provides a thermogenic effect and a euphoric feeling similar to what we feel when we eat chocolate. Imagine a feeling of "Chocolate Euphoria" without the calories. This euphoric feeling can make dieting much easier to deal with.
7 KETO™ is included in the Lipovarin™ proprietary blend for many of its clinically substantiated claims. These claims include the ability to stimulate enzymes in the liver responsible for thermogenesis, increasing the body's metabolic efficiency, greater weight loss results, and maintaining an ideal body weight.
SEROTAIN™- supports the suppression of appetite and provides what many users explain as a euphoric effect. This is very important as many people scrap weight loss programs because of irritability and their inability to control their appetite

Basically judging from its ingredients Lipovarin is a mixture of energizers, diuretics and vitamins.

What Lipovarin can do for me?
Lipovarin will increase your energy (Taurine, Green Tea, Caffeine), suppress your appetite (Green Tea), speed up your metabolism (Coral Calcium, Advantra Z) and act as a diuretic (L-carnitine L-tartrate).

How will Lipovarin make me loose weight?
There is no magical pill that will just “melt your fat”. This pill can be a great little helper. Taking Lipovarin you will be have energy to work out more, will help you fight hunger, eliminate the toxins from your body. However if you want to have the best results with Lipovarin you need to WORK OUT.

Lipovarin side effects.
I think that I sow just a few posts where people complained about the side effects. The most commune side effect is insomnia. The green tea and caffeine may give you side effects if you are not used to caffeine or you take Lipovarin after 3-4 o’clock. Lipovarin may also make you jittery if you have a problem with caffeine. Please make sure that you are not allergic to any of this product ingredients especially caffeine.
Overall Lipovarin side effects are mild. This may be one of the safest diet product that is out there. This statement is made only on the post made by you on this forum.

If the most common is insomnia than that is the consumer's fault. It says do not take after a certain time on thte bottle. Also if you are sensitive to caffeine and such you should go with lower dose to start (2 caps). 1% of consumers will get slight nausea or slight headaches from the 7-Keto. This ingedient is the main active ingredient in Lipovarin but does have some slight effects but the results far outweight the effects in double-blind placebo testing.

Lipovarin tips:
1. Read the ingredients before you start taking Lipovarin and make sure that you are not allergic to anything.
2. Start with a lower dosage, 2-3 pills per day.
3. Do not take Lipovarin after 4 o'clock or you may experience insomnia.
4. Drink lot of water, it really helps.
5. Follow a diet and reduce your caloric intake.
6. EXERCISE this is the most important part, start a cardio weekly routine and you will see great results.

Lipovarin testimonials – written by you:
Lipovarin definitely gave me a huge burst of energy – Vanna
“my mouth is still really dry....that is the only side effect I have felt” – Vanna
“I do believe it seems to be a pretty good product. Helped to decrease my appetite without feeling jittery or nervous” – Starr
“Today the Lipovarin was great. NO HEADACHES and i had awesome energy!” – Starr
“I am now in my 6th month and I have lost 80lbs” - Scotty Bass
“I have been on Lipovarin for 4 days and it feels like it's working. I'm not as hungry and I tend to eat a lot less during mealtimes. My cravings for fatty foods is gone.” – lbinsocal
“I haven’t experienced any jitters or irritability, but the capsules give me no energy at all.” – EjnCA
“It is friday, feb,11 and all is good.. .so for I have lost 5lbs woohooo!
I have not had any bad side effects, although one night I worked out kinda late around 7 ish and had a hard time getting to sleep.” – jesse
“just came back from the gym. I cannot believe the energy this stuff gives me.” – Martin
Ill try to add more testimonials good and bad but from what I am seeing there are lots of good ones.

Where to buy Lipovarin?
Lipovarin comes in 90 and 150 pills. The best place I found to buy this product is eVitamins. I think that this one gives the best price and eVitamins is a trustworthy online store. Also this product can be bought on ebay. The ebay price is almost the same with the one on eVitamins. If you decide to order from ebay make sure that you order the real product, there are lots of copycat products named Liporexin, Lipoverin or what ever. My first choice remains eVitamines.

Good luck,
Light.

Just wanted to say THANKS for all of the info on lipovarin in one place! I am new to the site and that answers most of my questions.

One thing to add, though, may be the info on the 3 week plan and the carb blockers that you can also use with this product. You know, giving all of the different options for weight loss.

Light- Here are some of the benefits of the other "trademarked" ingredients in Lipovarin that you do not have listed:

Now to expand on some of your other questions-

Lipovarin help me LOSE weight?
with EVERY diet pill you need to work out....not just Lipovarin....so that is a given statement. But the extreme formulation of Lipovarin will help you reach you goals faster.

Side effects?
If the most common is insomnia than that is the consumer's fault. It says do not take after a certain time on thte bottle. Also if you are sensitive to caffeine and such you should go with lower dose to start (2 caps). 1% of consumers will get slight nausea or slight headaches from the 7-Keto. This ingedient is the main active ingredient in Lipovarin but does have some slight effects but the results far outweight the effects in double-blind placebo testing.

Tips?
Your tips are good and to the point but general. Some people like to know do they have to take with food and how long before meals? Well, you can take with food and you do not have to wait before consuming meals. Also, some people who take the pills and do not feel ANYTHING can up to 4 caps per serving. This is an extreme case though.

TEstimonials-
Most amazing one i read from another site was where this manic depresant girl who was on meds for so long started taking Lipovarin and actually felt "happy and motivated". You could almost feel the joy in her words. To quote her i think she said" it was like every day was dark and rainy and than suddenly the sun started shining and I smiled!" It was a pretty compelling testimonial. Her weight loss wasnt really mentioned but she didnt care at that point. She was finally not depressed!

Where to buy-
I do not know if you are an affiliate of eVitamins or what but there are only a select few which are reputable to buy from. EBAY remains the cheapest but no refunds. The manufacturer sites are the most reliable and have some good discounts too.

Great,
Your observations really help.

I've added a few of your observation - the part with the Lipovarin ingredients and side effects.
I will add the rest later on. Can you please tell me about your affiliation with this product, you certainly know a lot about Lipovarin. I want to add as much valuable information to this review and a qualified opinion would be great.

Thank you,
Light.

I am a bio-chemist who also owns a contract manufacturing company and have done work for many companies including Sterling Grant Labs (ie- Lipovarin).

Is great to have a person who actually works or worked on Lipovarin in here. I tried today to search for Sterling Grant Laboratories home page to get some information about clinical tests and data. Unfortunately I could not even found their site. Google is acting waked for some time and this does not surprise me. Can you give us some answers about how this product developed, tested and produced. Some people might be intrested in finding this, I know I would.

I have been following along with lipovarin discussion for some time now in an attempt to determine whether or not to take it. I do not think I will after researching several of its key ingredients. They don't seem safe! AdvantraZ (citrus aurantium) may possibly lead to cardiac probs. It is being used as a substitute for ephedra since ephedra was banned. Check out the link: [url]www. raysahelian.com/citrus aurantium.html. Another ingredient, 7-keto dehydroepiandrosterone, sometimes called just plain 7-keto or DHEA may have other concerns for health. Check out the following links: [url]www.maxlabs.com/hn/supp/7-keto.htm or ceri.com/dhea.htm 7-keto is also the key ingredient in other diet pills, such as PatentLean. I researched these ingredients using Yahoo, and there's lots out there about them. Everybody, please be careful with your health. We have no idea the long term effects that could result from using these products.
BE SAFE!!!

Jiffy- it sounds like you didnt really do your homework. It evident that you have no real clue what your talking about by what you said. If these products were not safe than no one would be using them! Ephedra was the BEST fat burner around and very safe IF TAKEN IN RECOMMENDED DOSAGES. Its the idiots who took 5x's the amount or who were in such bad shape that gave Ephedra a bad name. Advantra Z has some of the same principles like ephedra but is nothing like it. So please learn more about it before post nonsense. 7-Leto is the mian active ingredient and very EFFECTIVE in weight lose but will cause slight headachesa and nausea in about 2% of people but that goes with the territory. So if 2% of people have to go through some slight headaches or nausea in order to reach their goals than so be it. And thats the WORST that can happen.

Dear Dr. Westhoff:
Please note that I said these ingredients may pose concerns for health. I'm not advocating that everybody forget about lipovarin. Just cautioning folks. I know how easily effective supplements can be whisked off the shelves of drugstores and banned by the FDA because of idiots who don't follow directions. Some supplements have been banned for even lesser reasons. By the same token, taking even prescription drugs can have serious health consequences--even if taken as directed. I did not come out, fists swinging, bashing lipovarin. Just said I wasn't going to take it and offered basic advice for others considering it. I simply want to let people know that if they want more information, it is out there. Don't know what kind of doctor you are (e.g. M.D., Ph.D, Ed.D). But I'm sure you know better!

By the way, I did not say that Advantra Z was anything like Ephedra. Just that it has been used since Ephedra was banned. But if you-and anybody else out there who is interested-does do some homework, you will find that there are some real concerns when taking it. No nonsense posted.

I dont know Jiffy because i did some research myself since reading these posts and you make these ingredients in Lipovarin sound alot worse than they are. You called Advantra Z an "Ephedra substitute" so I think that would be considered being "like Ephedra". Maybe you should choose your words a little better than. By you saying these ingredients MAY pose health risks is like saying smoking may cause cancer. Lets be honest here, almost every lab can find something wrong with any ingredient. You have nay-sayers (like yourself) who choose to look at the bottle half- empty and others look at it half-full. Ofcourse there are studies which show certain RISKS with some of these ingredients but even the caffeine, green tea, and coral calcium have risks....but i dont see you mentioning those. Let me guess, if you had to recommend a product it would be Liporexin or Trimvitra, right?

OMG!!! Everybody can relax now. I did not mean to offend anyone. Just offered my opinion and my take on the situation. No, I did not mention all of the ingredients because let's face it--it would have been an hour long post. But since you brought it up---My husband was just recently taking another supplement (stacker 2) which also has lots of caffeine in it. He didn't tolerate it well and became very jittery and on edge. Maybe from the caffeine? There's no way to know for sure. I just know that since he quit taking it about 3 days ago, he's much more like his old self. And actually, I don't know anything about liporexin or trimvitra, so I don't have any recommendations about them. All I wanted to do was to get people to look a little further into the ingredients before deciding whether or not to take them. I guess it worked since you said that you did some research yourself since reading the posts. And no, I'm not a glass-half-empty kind of gal. Just cautious since I took phentermine for a brief time last year. Now I suddenly have a heart murmur--not serious--but I didn't have it before taking phentermine. Of course, lipovarin is not phentermine, but I still don't think I will take it. And yes, you are right. Anything you put into your body can have side effects. All the more reason to exercise caution.

I appreciate when people take the time to learn more about what they are taking because as well all know less than 10% of people even know what they are putting into their body. I have researched the Lipovarin myself before taking and it passed with flying colors but yes i did see where there could be some slight side effects. I also researched TrimSpa, Stacker, Hydroxycut, Xenadrine, and Zantrex but they couldnt compare to the positives of Lipovarin.
