what do u mean by this stuff (CE STACK that you recommend)is nothing to mess around with??? I think thats why most of us are looking at ephedra57 we want somthing that works but is safe (10mg ephdra) per day vs ALL that caffeine...do u sleep at all with that much caffeine intake?

Well I say that because the large majority of individuals who take weight loss supplements are usually not educated in taking them correctly. I believe that ephedrine is not for everyone, especially not for somebody who is looking for a panacea with no intentions of eating right and excercising. However, I think it can do wonders for someone who is already focused on making a positive lifestyle change.

Granted, there is quite a bit of caffiene involved with the stack and that is why I am cycling it a few weeks on, a few off so that my body does not become dependant. I also do not take it after 3 p.m. and I drink over 2 gallons of water a day which pretty much flushes it out of my system by bedtime.

I am sure ephedrine57 is a great supplement. But for 75$ I am positive that you can reap the same benefits from an EC stack for a fraction of the cost. If you are wary of having too much caffiene/ephedrine in your system you always have the option of snapping the tablets in half.

I am not saying it is for everyone, but in my own experience I have found it to be a superb and effective supplement when approached properly.

I'm 22 and not entirely overweight, but I'm looking to lose about 10-15 pounds. Do you think this is a good weight loss pill for me to take? Just curious what everyone thinks. Thanks!

I have ordered some EphedraP57, but now, after ordering it, have heard from a few different ppl who have tried it, that it is junk! EEK! Now I'm mad that I may have wasted $150!!!
Anybody else out there had terrible luck w/ it???

I actually decided to get on line tonight to purchace the Ephedra57 tonight. THen I decided to look up some forums and came across this one and read up on Betty's. I think I will do the same as she is doing. I think that is a great idea. Years ago I was on the phen-phen wonder drug diet and I lost 50lbs. I loved it. I had so much energy. I would force myself to stop and eat instead of watching the clock and thinking, 2 more hours till lunch! What I miss most of the phen-phen was how active I was. How I enjoyed working out. Even my house was spic and span and loved it. I will try what you are doing Betty.... I work to much to go to the gym as much as you but, we will see about it.

I am new to this site, but just ordered Ephedra 57 two days ago. I pray that this works for me!! I want to lose 20 lbs but also want to keep it off. My fear is that it will work initially but then my body will become immune to it and I will get back in a never ending eating cycle!!

Nice to meet you tytan.... I just ordered the Mega Vaspro and caffine about 15 minutes ago. Should I check my mailbox now? ha ha... For 24 pills of the vaspro and 200 pills of the caffine it cost $27. That is including tax and shipping. So, we will see how it works. I hope you do well on the stuff you have ordered too.
This site seems to be very slow. Maybe when Summer is over and it gets colder maybe just then, things will pick up around here.

Thanks silenzeone! I really hope it works for me, I have tried so many diets and have been unsuccessful. I did Weight Watchers for 6 months and lost 11 lbs, I have only gained about 4 back...but 4 feels like 24!! I am 5'7" and weigh 168, I would love to be down to 140, maybe this will do the trick!

Keep me posted on your Vaspro & caffeine, if it works for you I may just spend another $27..it would be worth it!!

Oh boy..... 5'7 and you weigh that?? I do think that is pretty good. I am 5'7 and weigh 210..... I want to weigh 175.... For some reason my body frame works very good on that weight. Perfect everywhere. If I was 140 I would be looking to skinny.... I need my muscle due to my job so I don't want to be way skinny... OK, maybe just for one day,. ha ha ........ I wish my pills would come real soon. Before Friday since Friday is my birthday.... What a great gift that would be...... Day off, with the gitters and wanting to clean out my closets..... *snicker*........ As long as I burn the calories then I am OK with that..... Have a great day tomorrow...

ok, I got the Vaspro and Caffine in the mail today. I will start in the morning....... Did you get your stuff yet?

I'm actually using these pills for my workout. I take them about 20 minutes before a work out and they definitely give me a boost of energy.

I think it's safe regardless of what the FDA says..

No order rec'd as of today. I know they said 7 - 10 days but I am getting really anxious. I keep thinking "ok, no pills today..eat whatever I want cause once I get them I'll be losing weight" LOL Wishful thinking I'm sure. After everything I've read and the success stories, I cannot wait to give them a try. Hopefully they come soon!!

Hi everyone! I am new to this forum. I was looking into buying the ephe57. Have any of you used the pills yet? I am stuck in a rut and need help off a 6 month plateau. Any recomendations for really good appetite suppressents and/or energy. The Ephe57 looked good to me.

down100...Congratulations on your weight loss thus far, that is awesome!! I just rec'd my ephedra 57 yesterday and started taking two pills a day. One in the morning prior to breakfast with a glass of water and the other around lunch time. I can honestly say that yesterday I did not have much of appetite and had more energy to want to exercise. I hope this continues...but it is just the start for me. I'll check in at the end of the week and let you know how it went!!
