Cheryl,
I used to drink atleast a cup of something with caffeine in it everyday and I haven't had any problems with headaches (seems the caffeine is what causes the headaches sometimes)....You might not drink any coffee until you are aware of the affects the system has on you cause the Lipovarin has quite a bit of caffeine in it. I bought my 3 week system on ebay for $130, but there is no guarantee on it....it's the cheapest I have found it though. Hope this helps!

Hi-
I am not currently using the product but I wanted to respond to you about the headaches. I worked at a coffee shop for over 5 years and there is definately such a thing as too much caffine. For example I went to see my doctor for my annual Pap Smear and during this check up the doctor does a quick breast exam, he noticed a small, like the size of a pea, pollup in my breast. He told me that this could be caused by drinking too much caffine so he told to lay off for a couple of weeks I went back to the doctor and it was gone. Not only does coffee effect your digestive system but it has the same effects on people as smoking does. When you don't have it you feel like you can't function until you do. Try dinking tea instead of coffee it has far better and organic ingredients than coffee and it may help with the cut back. 3-4 cups a day is a lot and I agree with the other poster that you should do some research on side effects before you start. Although cutting back on the coffee might be a good thing reguardless, coffee does have calories. Infact one shot of espresso (1oz.) has 5 calories, it's not much but on average lets say you drink 4 espresso drinks a day 2 shots each first one of the day let say has 3 that's 9 shots per day, putting you at 45 calories just in coffee not to mention dairy and sugar added. Just something to think about and the headaches are definatley a side effect of most coffee drinkers

I definitively agree with Rebecca. Too much coffee can damage the nervous and digestive system. Right now I try to cut back on Red Bull and espresso.

Mostly diet pills contain coffee or similar substances like green tee , guarana... Too much will do you bad. So do not abuse or use them too long.

I have used lipovarin to great results. However I think its a great way to loose that first 6 to 10lbs...however only if you are actually being active while using the lipovarin...otherwise I find it does not work. I was on a schedule where I was very physically active during the process and I also had to watch what I was eating such as cutting out ALL TRANS FATS and HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP products and It made such a difference I can not tell you. Okay so as for the Caf. factor I would say DO NOT add any other stimulants while using lipovarin I found it to make me nervous it without question gave me the "shakes" and hurt my stomach...the handfull of times I tried to have even have a half caf decaf, coffee it was with negative results. Lipovarin without question gives you and extra boost on its own. But if you watch what you eat and actually work out you will find that Lipovarin is a great product to jump start weight loss. I hope this helps

If you read the pamphlet and the bottle you will note that it says NOT to drink ANY additional caffeine. I would advise anybody to take that warning seriously, as caffeine, although trivial to some people who drink cups upon cups everyday, is a very potent drug. Hence, the reason it is in this weightloss formula as a stimulant. I know some of you can not do with out your coffee, but keep in mind that it will/can deter your weightloss efforts if you find you can not handle both at the same time. Think about whats more important to you, losing those dreded pounds or drinking some coffee. If its the caffeine you need, from what I've read, there is more than enough in this product to suffice and make up for it.

Dear Dr.Westhoff!
Since "Light Lipovarin Review" subject has been locked, I'm using this topic to give my feedback and to ask you about side effects and drug interraction/compatibility. You wrote:
People should provide helpful info instead of bringing such negativity to the forum.
Well, here is my 5 cents. Unfortunately, experience I've had with Lipovarine wasn't that greate . I started gradually - 1&1 first day, 2&1 second day, 2&2 third day and couldn't move past that. It made me really dizzy and nauseated, gave me headache, but worst of all - stomach problems because of acid level going up. Alka-Seltzer was my only friend those few days  . I tried to follow other members' advice to keep taking it until my body gets used to it - but I couldn't tolerate it longer than 4 days.
In my opinion, if by description Lipovarin "boosts your metabolism", it means it's playing with your hormones, which is very serious.
Would you be so kind to answer the following question:
1. I'm taking Spironolacton and unsuccessfully tried to find information about it's compatibility with Lipovarin - would you be able to provide it?

Dear Light,
I have another question for you as Site Admin:
I was absolutely unable to find answers to questions regarding people maintaining their weight after they've stopped taking Lipovarin. I've seen a lot of questions posted - but no answers.... :?:

Thank you!

Paloma,
Your weight maintains if you continue to eat and live healthy. This is regardless of the diet pill or method you use.

I did not tried Lipovarin but I really think, and from what Ive been reading in here, people will not gain the lost weight if they continue to eat healthy.

Good luck.

I'm curious why all these people who post here about Lipovarin expect this to be some kind of miracle pill where you dont have to eat right, excercise....drink lots of water....continue on eating right even AFTER Lipovarin, etc. I just dont get it people! Extra weight didnt go on overnight, it's not going to come off overnight either!

Furthermore, I have read many, many posts on this forum from people wanting to know if Lipovarin will interact with other Rx meds they are taking. Ummm....wouldnt it be wise to consult your prescribing physician if you are concerned about possible drug interactions? :?:

Be realistic!

I strongly advice people who are taking prescription meds to consult first with their doctor before taking any diet pill.

People should learn at what to expect from a diet pill. This is part of this forum pourpose.

Good luck.

i came online to see what side affects were for lipovarin because i just started taking them today and i feel pretty awful. I took three inthe morning and i was ok and then three in the afternoon and that hit me pretty hard. felt shaky and my head/vision got a little weird. I dont ever drink or have caf cause i dont like coffee or soda so i am thinking maybe that is why i feel this way. but from what i have read on this site..i am beginning to think now that its a normal side affect.

You took them after the directions on the label but you should first test your body reaction to it. Start with a lower dosage and see how it goes.
I do not understand why the manufacturers do not advice this in the first place!!!

Take one in the morning and one in the afternoon. If everything goes well increase the dosade until the recommended limit.

Good luck.

I agree with Light. I started the pills 5 days ago. I started out taking 2 in the am & 2 in the pm. Since I felt OK I have since bumped it up to 3 in the am & still 2 in the pm. I don't think I am going to go to 3&3 until my weight loss slows down. Maybe if I bump it up then it will keep me from plateauing early.

Good luck!
