Diet and Exercise with Trimspa?
Day1:
I am 19 years old 5'5 and 146 pounds.
I just bought trimspa today, and I just took my first pill and a whole glass of water. I'm hoping this works with no side affects. I really want to lose about 20 pounds in 1-2 months. I want to weigh about 120- 125.
What kind of diet and exercise plan do any of you recommend/ or have done with Trimspa to help you lose weight?

Cardio!
I would say do lots and lots of cardio, and low carbs. Start with running two miles a day or so (look at it as 20 min of heavy cardio) and continue to increase you distance. i just finished my first half marathon (don't really care to do a whole one), and we traind 3 low mile days (3-5 miles) with two days off and then one high mile day (between 6 and 8 miles). I am older (32) and used the eliptical trainer on the low mile days because it is easier on my knees. But all you really need is a good pair of running shoes and a bottle of water. Good luck.

I have also used trim spa. It did not work for me at all.
