welll just thought I'd share my update.....
I got the pills very fast and it was only the first day that I got a headache... other than that they are totally reducing my appetite by at least half---- about half way through my food I get nauseous and very full.
extremely drymouth , no matter how much cold water I drink , I still get extremely thirsty...
I'm working out also as I have added energy..so I will have my firsr weigh in this saturday and i will let you all know... |

Does it include lead (as in lead poisoning), like the paint on some of the toys that were or are produced in China? |

To the person allergic to sibutramine, DO NOT take Lida, because it has been shown to be contaminated with sibutramine.
I can't post links, but google 'sibutramine AND lida' and you'll get reports from the Danish, Canadian, and Australian drug agencies about the dangers of lida. |
