Lida Slimming Capsules

Hey all

I was going to go on xenical but my friend recommended me these pills since she had some good results. I have been takin lida slimming capsules for a week so far and i have dropped 5lbs already, still another 3 weeks supply in the box too. My friend dropped about 12lbs with these but im a little bigger then she is so hopefully i can lose the same if not more Wink

i got mine from http://www.lida.com.au and it worked out to be around $40 dollars including shipping so the price isnt too bad. I did get thirsty takin these but i should have been drinking more water regardless anyway ehe.

5lbs so far and ill keep you guys posted on how i go.

what it says is it increases your metabolism and promotes your body to use its fat stores and has some appetite suppressant properties but so far ive been eating normally Smile

loss another 2-3 pounts so far this week but im gonna wait till the end of the week to weigh myself again. But im happy with the results so far. Not as thirsty this week but ive been drinking more water so that should help hehe

12 lbs so far and im very happy with the results. Pants are a bit looser now which is good Razz

not much more to go and ill be finished with this box. hopefully i can keep it off Razz

Ive lost 15 pounds all up! im very happy with the results ive had with these. Its been a few days without taking them and the weight has remained the same so thats good

I still would like to lose a few more pounds but i think i will try without any diet pills and just try to increase my exercising hopefully that should do the trick.

Excellent result with these compared to other diet pills/green tea i have tried. Highly recommended.

Hi everyone, I saw someone recommend this product on this forum(not this thread) so I decided to give it a try.

This is my day 10 on Lida. On the very first day I started to take Lida, I immediately noticed that my appetite was completely gone. I feel like it's my brain that doesn't want to eat, not my body, which means if I don't eat on time, I can still tell that I'm hungry, but I just don't feel like eating anything. This feeling is very strong on the first three days, after that I started to get my appetite back a little bit, but I still can't finish my meal by half of the proportion that I usually eat. Also on the fourth day, I started to feel thirsty, very thirsty. The feeling is like my throat is on fire, I have to keep drinking water to put out the flame in my throat. But actually it's a good thing to me, because I'm the person who hates drinking water, so I usually don't drink enough water everyday.

I think there might be a side effect for me- I can't sleep deeply during the night, I feel like I'm half conscious. But in the morning, I can wake up feeling pretty energized- I used to wake up very painfully.

As for my result? I've been lost 6 pounds to date, from 148lbs down to 142lbs. It's really amazing! I'm really surprised because I've already tried many kinds of pills on the market, I also tried to eat right, and work out really hard-at least two hours a day, four times a week- but I can't lose even one pound. I really don't know what else I could do before I start taking Lida...but right now, my weight drops a little bit everyday, it feels really good!

Hi All

I have just started on Lida Botanical Capsules - day 2 & I'm amazed at how much it has supressed my apetite.
I wanted to try duromine but I'm only a size 12-14 and 76kg which is overweight but not considered obese!!
Anyway I got my Lida through a registered seller on ebay - minifirefox - where has everyone else got theirs? It only cost AU $25 for the month which is ridiculously cheap as opposed to xenical and other products. I'm just hoping it's definitely not a FAKE and am looking for another dealer (locally) just to make sure.
I haven't been able to finish my lunch today - just a salad with ham and have no desire for unhealthy food. It does feel a little strange and I do feel more energised - perhaps on a bit of a high. I want to drop atleast 11kg to get down to 65kg but my ultimate would be 60kg.
Hope everyone is getting good results and any feedback on authorised sellers or where you get yours would be great. Feel free to PM me the info. Thanks Amy Smile

hi, are they australian websites? i will look them up. day 3 and i'm starting to gain a bit of my appetite back which makes me feel a bit healthier!! but not interested in junk food still which is great. so far:

day 1:
bfast - fruit
lunch - veg
dinner - chicken & veg
1 hour at gym

day 2:
bfast - fruit
lunch - salad & ham
dinner - lamb & veg
1 hour at gym

day 3:
bfast - fruit
lunch - fruit & ham
snack - crackers w/ low fat dip & diet chocolate mousse
dinner - beef & veg
1 hour bush walk

i think maybe i'm hungrier because all i had for lunch was fruit and a little bit of ham. not sure, maybe they're starting to wear off.

anyway i'm trying to stay head strong Smile

will weigh myself next monday and let you know how i go.

I was real sceptical about this pill but after reading what you all have to say about it i just ordered it. How long did it take to get the pills? Question
